Agents of the Department of State Services, DSS, on Tuesday banished columnists from covering the trial of Nnamdi Kanu, the claimed pioneer of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.
Men of the mystery police at the passageway of the court at the Abuja Federal High Court, scene of the present hearing said they were working under strict orders to keep columnists from approaching the court.
One of the DSS agents while tending to columnists at the passage of the court stated, "We are working under orders."
Another agent in plain material stated, "We will permit you individuals at the proper time, when we get the order to do as such."
The trial of the IPOB pioneer is relied upon to start today at the Justice Binta Nyako-drove court in Abuja.
The IPOB pioneer has not been seen or gotten notification from since security agents supposedly attacked his home in Umuahia, Abia State, on September 14.
