Lai Mohammed asks universal accomplices to forbid IPOB

The Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, has approached Nigeria's worldwide accomplices to assign the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) a fear based oppressor association.
