Biafra: US attorneys to record charges against Buhari, Buratai at ICC

The law office of Fein and DelValle PLLC has reported that it, "is drafting a criminal prosecution against Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari and Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Yusfu Buratai, for genocide and violations against humankind under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court." 

The firm said in an announcement issued at the end of the week in Washington, D.C. USA, that it is seeking after the case, "in the interest of Biafrans who pine for equity – the dead, the living, and those yet to be conceived". 

As indicated by the announcement marked by famous Attorney, Mr. Bruce Fein, and his Partner, Mr. W.
