OPERATION PYTHON DANCE: OUR BESIEGED HERO, AND THE NEED TO MOVE TO THE SOUTHERN PART OF BIAFRA

By Russell Idatoru Bluejack

I write as a very sad person. I know what it means for Ogoni to be reached by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. I know our foes know what that movement portends for them, hence the clamp down on him through militarisation of Ama Afaraukwu. Shooting at unarmed
people stationed at the gate of Mazi Kanu is another sign that Nigeria was never conceptualised for Nigerians. There are those that feel that whatever it is that goes against their wish must be crushed by every means possible. Nigeria is owned by some Fulani, very few Yoruba, and Britain.

On our part, it is time to prove them wrong. Yes, we must go the distance this time. We must work hard to pull down the obstacles and get things done. The unjust militarisation of the Eastern part of Biafra is a belated attempt to intimidate and possibly nip the struggle for freedom from oppression and subjugation in the bud. This unprovoked resort to force betrays the cluelessness of this APC-led Nigerian Government in the face of an issue that requires administrative tact. The militarisation of the East is a sign that Nigeria is a very lawless enclave.

Let the world, UN, Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin, ECOWAS, AU, NATO, be put on notice that there have been two unsuccessful attempts to assassinate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in less than 24 hours since the movement of military artillery to the East. One wonders why a peaceful region is being militarised, leaving the North under the untrammelled terrorist activities of Boko Haram.

Furthermore, why would the military opt for the East as the venue of its so-called training, if there were no ulterior motive? Well, recent gory actions taken by the military just few hours of their arrival proves us right. The entire programme of the military is geared towards besieging Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the unarmed one that has become inexplicably more dangerous than Shekau of Boko Haram.
In Nigeria, one becomes dangerous when he starts talking about freedom from oppression. In the eyes of the international conspirator (Britain), Nnamdi Kanu deserves whatever he gets for attempting to liberate the South-East and South-South from the shackles and fetters.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu crossed the red line when he made an attempt to take the gospel of liberation of humanity to his people in the southern part of Biafra. If Kanu had followed a British- and Fulani-inspired homogeneous Biafra project, one that makes the clamour the exclusive preserve of Igbo-speaking Biafrans in the East, there would not have been this deluge of military men to the corridors of the breaker of chains - Nnamdi Kanu. For the couple, Britain and Fulani-controlled Nigeria, Kanu has overstepped his bounds and exceeded his limits. It is their collective resolve that he either be checked or exterminated. But who is that man that thinks he is the Goliath than can kill God's David? Has God ever commissioned and the Devil succeeded in aborting?

In all of this, Leader Nnamdi Kanu should reassess the danger that looms and take a discreet decision. His home has become the military field where the so-called training exercise is being carried out. He was ambushed, shot at, and almost cut down on his way out yesterday, September 11, 2017. Methinks it is high time our hero left the East for the South, bearing in mind that he has a lot of work to do here. It is time to take this liberating gospel to other Biafra tribes and regions; after all, the Igbo are not the only ones the struggle is about. Mazi Kanu should leave the East and bring the struggle to Ijaw land, where it originated from. All hands must be on deck to ensure that this special gift from the Most High God is safe.

We have watched Dr. Kenule Saro-Wiwa of Ogoni die in the hand of these conspirators. They cut down Sen. (Dr.) Obi Wali of Ikwerre. They used our own Jasper Adaka Boro and killed him. Okadigbo was teargassed and killed because he wanted to chart an independent course. We lost Marshall Harry and A. K. Dikibo to destructive politics. Is it not clear that Britain and Fulani-controlled Nigeria are just busy killing the best brains in our region?

Shall we fold our arms and allow them kill Nnamdi Kanu? Are we this conquered? This man has passed through a lot, including being jailed for two years, in his quest to liberate the South-East and South-South from economic coma. Shall we sit and watch the enemies take his life? Where are the militants and warlords in our sister regions? What are you all waiting for? Do you think Nigerian military is strategically solid enough to intimidate you? We must save Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. It is our collective duty to see to it that this movement for the emancipation of our people does not die before our liberty is birthed. Let the media and physical war begin in earnest. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu ought to be putting his acts together for onward visit to Ogoni.

This is their fear. Let us work together to make it a reality. You can see that the unity of our regions is what they fear most. Does it not show that they want to continue to prey on the South-South? I even saw the tweeted confession of one of the soldiers drafted to the South-East. He made it very clear that our regions will not be free until our oil wells are dry. We, the South-East and SouthSouth, have become BOWLS for British and Hausa/Fulani supper. Should we continue to live as preys? God forbid! It is my humble submission that his lawyers attend the next Court session without him on grounds of security.
